If you are a Finance/Accounting professional looking for an opportunity to grow Copeland has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in our Sidney Ohio location you will provide financial guidance and support to leaders and employees within the Copeland organization. Your duties and responsibilities will be completed under the general guidance of the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for Copeland. You will exercise independent judgment and decisionmaking within the scope of this job.
AS A SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST YOU WILL:
- Sub Segment P&L Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reporting monthly
- Sub Segment management review preparation
- Reporting of supplemental details for Sales Orders and Margins
- Assist with margin analysis and explanation of deltas from Budget Prior Year and Prior Forecast
- Prepare monthly JVs
- Participate in department and crossfunctional projects and provide other adhoc analysis as needed
- Engage with the FP&A Team to implement process improvements
REQUIRED EDUCATION EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or related field
- 35 years of Accounting/Finance related experience
- Proficient Excel Skills linked spreadsheets data downloads complex formulas pivot tables
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with various levels of the organization to meet strict deadlines
- Exceptional customer service focus including attention to producing quality results
- Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and on a team

Flexible Work Schedule Remote Work Option and Core Hours:
This role has the flexibility of a remote work option up to two days a week and a core hour schedule. You can choose to flex your start and stop times given you are working during the core hours of 9:00am 3:00pm. Our teams work together to ensure our chosen work schedules enable our creativity and productivity as we serve the needs of our customers.

About our Location
The newly renovated Sidney campus has 1M square feet of manufacturing floor with an additional 120k square feet of leadingedge lab facilities. This location is the headquarters for the HVACR Americas business unit. Through our 30 years of scroll compressor expertise our products help bring comfort and convenience to commercial industrial and residential spaces. Approximately 1600 employees work in Sidney who all support a multitude of business functions.
