We are one of the fastestgrowing payments businesses in the UK and Europe and are looking to hire ambitious and valueadding talent. The Marketing Campaign Manager will play a critical role in driving and executing our growth campaigns across a mix of channels for our target markets in Business Payments Travel Merchant Payments Lending and Wage Advance.

Our regulatory permissions and governance structure underpin our business. We are regulated as an Electronic Money Institution (EMI) in the UK by the Financial Conduct Authority and in the Netherlands by De Nederlandsche Bank.
Our founding team has a wealth of experience in the payments industry and growing successful businesses. Modulr is backed by the venture arms of payments giants PayPal and FIS as well as growth investors Blenheim Chalcot General Atlantic Frog Capital and Highland Europe.

The Role
Reporting to the Marketing Director the Demand Generation Manager is a vital role in our marketing function as we scale our brand recognition and demand generation activities across our target markets.
You will coordinate and execute multiple projects balancing strategic and tactical opportunities aligning to commercial objectives to deliver bestinclass demand generation campaigns events community and partner engagement activities that drive the new business pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Demand Generation Strategy and Delivery: Own endtoend marketing campaign for your target markets across all channels and formats including digital onlycontent events (in person and virtual Modulr hosted and 3rd party activity tradeshows variety of content formats and briefs video demo webinar written short mid and longform customer and productled etc..
- Campaign Optimization: Continuously monitor test and optimize demand generation programs to improve performance enhance conversion rates and deliver measurable results.
- Work with the Marketing Director Product and Content Marketing Managers and Sales team to develop campaign strategies with a focus on continually looking for new ways to generate demand and optimise conversion.
- Setting up and owning campaign performance and iterative enhancements for your target markets.
- Coordinate with external agencies content writers Product Marketing Product Sales and Account Management to execute on marketing initiatives.
- Lead Nurturing: Develop and implement lead nurturing strategies that move prospects through the funnel ensuring alignment with sales teams to drive highquality pipeline growth.
- Create and manage relevant content for marketing channels such as social media posts and website content.
- Execute all physical and virtual event logistics from large trade shows and sponsorship to smaller customer events and webinars.
- Track measure and communicate results continually assessing performance and enhancing ROMI.
About you
You will have a track record of delivering results in a fastmoving business where complexity and ambiguity is the norm. Excellent collaboration a cando attitude and attention to detail is essential to being successful in this role.
- 4 years experience in B2B digital marketing / campaign management.
- Online marketing campaign experience covering content marketing social media email marketing Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal including professional copywriting abilities.
- An analytical mindset able to work with data and insights to produce outstanding campaigns.
- Strong project management skills with a proven ability to work to tight deadlines and ensure ROI on campaigns.
- An understanding and appreciation of compliance that affects marketing for a regulated company.
- Prior experience using Hubspot to setup workflows and campaigns is a plus but not essential.
