Position Overview
As the onsite Community Manager you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional resident experiences managing leasing and administrative operations supervising staff overseeing financial reporting executing marketing strategies and maintaining smooth property operations for our student housing property. Your leadership and attention to detail will be critical to the success of our community and the overall resident experience.

Base salary starts at $115000 annually (based on experience and qualifications) with eligibility for a discretionary quarterly bonus of up to $6000 dependent on individual performance (bonus amounts are variable and not guaranteed).
