Step Into Your New Role
Kleinfelders Denver Colorado office is growing and looking for an Early Career Geotechnical Engineer Geological Engineer or Geologist to join our geotechnical engineering team with experience skills and interest in developing their career.
We are looking for someone experienced and/or with interest in:
- Geotechnical Field Investigations
- Soil and Rock Classification/Boring Logs
- Geotechnical Engineering Analysis and
- Report Preparation.
The ideal candidate will have 03 years experience and:
- Positive work attitude and ability to work safely and efficiently when managing multiple tasks
- Willingness to work outdoors and travel is a must
- Ability to work independently or with a team in a multidisciplinary environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Including Word Excel and PowerPoint preferred
- An ability to communicate clearly and effectively with peers supervisors clients subcontractors and regulators.
Education:
The ideal candidate will have:
- B.S. in Geology Geological Engineering or Civil Engineering (geotechnical emphasis).
- M.S. in Civil Engineering (geotechnical emphasis) preferred.
Additional:
- EIT or GIT is preferred (or the ability to obtain within 3 months).
- Some construction related experience is also preferred.
- Travel and outdoor work are anticipated about 30 of the time

The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience. Salary range $57500 $79448. We will be accepting applications through Maydays since posting date).
