We have an exciting new opening for an Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our growing Finance team in our Directors Office!

As the Accounts Payable Supervisor you will oversee the daily operations of the Accounts Payable unit ensuring that payments invoices refunds and statements are processed efficiently and accurately. Your keen eye for detail will be critical in reviewing and auditing payment entries proactively identifying and correcting any discrepancies. In this role you will be expected to lead and provide clear guidance to your team on best practices and procedures ensuring full compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Youll be a problem solver adept at addressing challenges and finding effective solutions to maintain compliance with all agency policies and directives.
Some of what you will do:
What you will bring:
Eight 8 years of experience in accounting auditing or a relevant financial field;
AND
18 quarter hours or 12 semester hours in accounting auditing budget or another relevant field.
Experience must include:
Up to four 4 years of relevant education that includes 18 quarter or 12 semester hours of accounting auditing or budgeting may substitute year for year for experience.
(Associates degree 2 years Bachelors degree 4 years)
