The Role
This role will operate in the Compliance Data Science & Analytics team chartered to put data at the center of the organizations decisions and play a pivotal role in driving the strategy of the team through datadriven insights and solutions. This role is crucial for supporting the evolving demands from banking partners and regulators as well as enhancing the effectiveness of existing compliance programs.
You Will
- Lead and manage datadriven projects from inception to completion. Define project scope objectives timelines and deliverables ensuring alignment with business goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to track progress address challenges and ensure successful project outcomes
- Design and analyze experiments to assess the impact of compliance programs leveraging A/B testing and causal inference methods to drive actionable insights
- Conduct indepth analyses of customer segments and products to identify compliance risks and evaluate the effectiveness of product controls
- Communicate complex statistical concepts and results to both technical and nontechnical audiences and influence teams to take action based on your recommendations
- Provide guidance and mentorship to other team members on best practices
Were Targeting
- A Level 6 hire typical experience for L6 would be something like BSc 710 years; MSc 58 years; or a PhD 35 years
- A background in Statistics Mathematics Biostatistics Economics or related quantitative field
- Proven results developing managing and executing complex crossfunctional projects
- Expertlevel abilities in SQL and data analysis/visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Looker etc)
- Advanced skills in R or Python for statistical analysis and programming
- Deep knowledge of sampling methodologies and experience in building experimentation tools and applying statistical methodologies in realworld scenarios
- Success working in fastpaced evolving environments and solving complex ambiguous problems with data
- Domain expertise in risk management financial services or compliance
