Responsibilities:
Actas a Customer Service/dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM) forassigned accounts.
Buildstrong relationships with customers understanding their needs andgoals.
Ensuresuccessful onboarding of new customers and ongoing support.
Proactivelymonitor customer usage and satisfaction levels.
Provideproduct demonstrations and training sessions as needed.
Advocatefor the customer within the company ensuring their voice is heard.
Handlecustomer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Maintaina positive empathetic and professional attitude toward customers.
Qualifications:
Minimumany degree.
Proficientin English language skills.
Experience:
12years of experience in customer service customer success or arelated role
Fresherswith strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
WorkingHours:
9:00AM to 6:00 PM Monday to Saturday (Sunday off).
