The Ultrasound Solutions Leader is a customer facing role for a leader who can work across customer and internal teams to build strategy and for GE Healthcares Ultrasound Portfolio of Solutions. A strong leader is needed to help create develop manage and close Enterprise Ultrasound Opportunities. This leader will have a unique view in looking at opportunities from a holistic approach. They will leverage GEHCs unmatched Portfolio of Solutions (Cardiology Digital Handheld General Imaging Point of Care Primary Care & Womens Health) to create winwin solutions for customers & GEHC.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Create cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders within healthcare organizations hospitals large physician practices and imaging centers. Calling on multiple departments (Cardiology CLevel IT General Imaging Point of Care Primary Care & Womens Health) in order to identify key stakeholders grow market share increase revenue and reduce customer attrition. The role is to be the driver of big deals in the Market.
  • Deliver on quarterly & annual orders and revenue sales targets; maximize profit margin on equipment and service sales.
  • Leverage GEs Ultrasound Portfolio (Cardiology Digital Handheld IT General Imaging Point of Care Primary Care & Womens Health) to drive funnel growth and revenue for the business.
  • Demonstrate expertise in customers installed base and develop technology & capital plans that map with their annual budget process.
  • Collaborate with the GEHC account community team to drive strategy with site visits and codeveloped negotiation strategies. Lead cross functional and business teams to create and customize the right customer solution.
  • Leverage Salesforce and other tools to track customer and account activity to map visibility drive market share and to prioritize sales funnel.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree and 5 years of experience selling either ultrasound or multiple product lines to health systems and hospitals.
  • Demonstrated experience presenting complex information both verbally and written to decision makers. High level presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced negotiation problem solving and influencing skills. Ability to energize develop and build rapport. Collaboration and influence at all levels within an organization.
  • Must live in the geographic GE Market (New York Philly or Chesapeake) and be willing to travel within the territory.

For U.S. based positions only the pay range for this position is $129008.00$193512.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills qualifications experience and location. In addition this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). GE HealthCare offers a competitive benefits package including not but limited to medical dental vision paid time off a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities life disability and accident insurance and tuition reimbursement.

Additional Information
