THE ROLE

Zeta Global is seeking atransformational businessdriven Vice President US People Partnersto lead and scale theUS People Partner function. Reporting to the Chief People Officer this leader will act as astrategic architect of people and organizational strategies directly influencing the success of ZetasProgrammatic and Media Activation business units while managing a team of People Partners across the U.S.

As atrusted advisor and coach the VP US People Partners will driveorganizational transformation talent strategy leadership development and culture evolution. This role will own theendtoend People Partner function in the U.S. ensuring consistency scalability and business alignment. The ideal candidate is anexpert in change management workforce planning employee engagement and crossfunctional collaboration with the ability to scale a highgrowth performancedriven organization.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership of the US People Partner Function

  • Lead mentor and developthe US People Partner team ensuring they are effective businessaligned and delivering highimpact People solutions.
  • Establishbestinclass HRBP frameworks processes and practices that scale with the business and drive consistency across teams.
  • Partner closely withPeople & Culture COEs (Talent Acquisition Total Rewards Talent Development and People Operations)to ensure seamless of People strategies across the US.
  • Champion apeoplefirst datadriven approach ensuring People Partners leverage analytics to influence business decisions and workforce planning.
  • Act as a keyescalation point for complex employee relations leadership challenges and organizational changes.

Strategic Business Partnership & Coaching

  • Serve asa key thought partner and advisorto senior executiveshelping them scale teams build leadership capability and drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and implement strategies that support innovation high performance and rapid organizational growth.
  • Act as a coach driving leadership development organizational design succession planning and organizational effectiveness at the highest levels.
  • Leadorganizational design initiatives ensuring the right structures capabilities and leadership align with business priorities.
  • Partner with Finance and business leaders to driveworkforce planning headcount management and talent investments.

Culture Evolution & Employee Experience

  • Drive cultural transformation initiatives reinforcing a highperformance inclusive and innovationdriven workplace.
  • Partner with senior executives toembed culture into business strategy ensuring measurable impact across hiring leadership development and retention.
  • Championemployee engagement and wellbeing programs leveraging datadriven insights to enhance organizational health and effectiveness.
  • Shape internal communications and initiatives thatstrengthen belonging recognition and career satisfaction across the company.

CrossFunctional Collaboration & People Strategy

  • Own and drive Zetas US talent strategy in partnership withTotal Rewards Talent Acquisition Talent Development and People Operationsto build integrated datadriven talent solutions.
  • Design and overseeenterprisewide leadership development programs enabling managers and executives to lead effectively at scale.
  • Partner to lead performance management transformation ensuring accountability continuous feedback and career growth frameworks align with company objectives.
  • Act as the primary bridge betweenPeople & Culture and the business ensuring seamless ofHR programs that drive growth and operational efficiency.
  • OverseeHR compliance and risk management working closely with Legal and leadership teams to ensure proactive and strategic employee relations practices.
  • Develop and utilizeHR analytics and workforce metricsto influence business decisions predict trends and drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 15 years of progressive HR experience with at least7 years as a seniorlevel HRBP supporting executives in a fastscaling highgrowth company.
  • Proven experienceleading a national People Partner function with the ability to drivealignment scalability and at a large scale.
  • Deep expertise in coaching organizational design change management and talent strategy.
  • Track record ofinfluencing and driving business outcomes through strategic HR leadership.
  • Proven ability toscale organizations through rapid growth M&A or global expansion.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability toleverage people data and workforce insightsto drive decisions.
  • Passion for culturebuilding with experience implementing highimpactengagement and leadership developmentinitiatives.
  • Demonstrated success incrossfunctional collaboration working across HR COEs business units and leadership teams.
  • Bachelors degree required Masters degree a plus.

Additional Details

  • Location:Hybrid role based in NY Tristate
  • Travel:Must be willing to travel up to10.

COMPENSATION RANGE

The compensation range for this role is $190000 $200000. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individuals skills and experience.
