Are you an experienced and passionate hospitality leader ready for your next challenge Our client a stunning beachfront property in Far North Queensland is seeking a handson Operations Manager to oversee and elevate all areas of the resorts operations.

Youll be responsible for:
- Leading the Food & Beverage operations across the pub bistro caf bottle shop and gaming areas (pokies TAB Keno)
- Managing and coordinating accommodation services housekeeping maintenance and gardening
- Providing strong leadership mentoring and developing department teams
- Ensuring a high standard of customer service and operational excellence
- Being handson and stepping into departments when needed
Were looking for someone with:
- Proven experience in managing pubs bistros cafs or similar hospitality venues
- Strong operational knowledge in F&B accommodation and facilities management
- Current RSA & RSG (RLMV preferred)
- Forklift licence highly desirable
- Exceptional people and leadership skills
- A proactive cando attitude with a willingness to lead by example

Our client offers a relaxing tropical getaway with beachfront dining a vibrant pub 7day caf service for breakfast and lunch and extensive guest accommodation. Its a hub for locals and tourists alike with everything from gaming and bottle shop services to unforgettable ocean views.
