Job Description:
We are seeking a detailoriented and organized parttime Lot Operations Coordinator to manage the daytoday flow of vehicles on our dealership lot. This position plays a key role in ensuring the efficient and professional presentation of our inventory maintaining order and supporting sales and service departments in vehicle movement and preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the movement staging and organization of vehicles on the lot for optimal display and accessibility
Monitor and maintain inventory lot layout to ensure a clean safe and professional appearance
Ensure vehicles are properly fueled charged (if applicable) and presentable at all times
Conduct routine inspections of inventory for cleanliness damage or misplaced units
Collaborate with management to execute lotrelated special projects or seasonal reorganization
Assist with signage merchandising and other visual presentation elements on the lot
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Previous dealership or automotive experience preferred but not required
