Position Overview:
Youth Dynamics vision is to see youth transformed by the power of Christ integrated into the local church and impacting their world for Him. This fulltime ministry position exists to support this vision by developing 3Story relationships with students and assisting the Area Director in carrying out Youth Dynamics youth ministry in the community. This position is funded by personal supportraising.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Ministry Development: Developing and maintaining all aspects of a viable student ministry as agreed upon by the Area Director. This includes developing proficiency in all core and operational competencies.
- Student Ministry: Create programming to establish breadth and depth with students to align with your areas ministry plan. Actively pursue relationships with nonChristian students to pursue the fulfillment of our mission.
- Student FollowUp: Implement area policies with regard to new decisions for Christ. Meet regularly with new believers for followup and help transition them to local churches.
- Volunteer Development: As assigned by the Area Director be able to train and work with volunteers for the fulfillment of the Youth Dynamics vision and mission.
- Vision Casting: In collaboration with the Area Director to communicate the future vision so that it ignites passion and commitment for volunteers donors and the community at large.
- Specific Project Development: Further develop and create new ministry opportunities. Carry out other projects as assigned or agreed upon by the Area Director.

- Problem solving/decision making: Weighing alternatives and making sound decisions to reach competent sensible and valid conclusions.
- Initiative/creativity: Takes initiative is proactive selfstarting seizes opportunities and originates action to achieve goals.
- Resilience: Is able to maintain high performance levels under pressure or facing opposition. Is able to maintain passion in the face of disappointments criticism and rejection.
- Communication: Effectively communicates verbally and in writing to various audiences.
Competencies and Qualifications:
- Active and growing relationships with Christ
- Signs Youth Dynamics Statement of Faith.
- Demonstrated ability to work harmoniously with people from varied cultural socioeconomic educational and experiential backgrounds.
- A passion for reaching youth with the gospel of Jesus Christ.
- Youth ministry experience (preferred).
- Has a teachable spirit.
