Position Summary
Supervises the day to day operations of the unit which includes both Donahue Market and The Second Storey. Insures that all policies and procedures are enforced and adhered to. Directs subordinates to accomplish goals and objectives of the operation. Responsible for daily operational and administrative tasks as assigned by the General Manager.
Duties And Responsibilities
Supervise in the food production area and be sure the employees are adhering to time guidelines for service. Inventory and order food as needed by the establishment. Supervise the receiving and storage of food and supplies. Coordinates maintenance and custodial problems with the Unit Manager. Assists the General Manager in the training of employees.
Minimum Qualifications
Proven food service experience in areas of responsibility. Three years minimum food service supervisory experience. Written and oral communication skills. Ability to work independently under general supervision. General kitchen equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
Serv Safe Certification.
