Opportunities for Advancement:

Become aMENTOR!Our Care Coordinators and Director appoint our mentors to support our newest Angels in achieving their goals with a 6week mentoring program. Youll provide personal and professional support assistance with navigating daily stressors and become a role model to our newest employees. To become a mentor you must show leadership skills understanding of company policies empathy and effective communication.

Job Requirements:

Must have reliable transportation

Drivers license or valid state ID

Kind compassionate heart with a special interest in helping our greatest generation to age in place

Base Pay Range:

$12.00$15.00 per hour based off experience

NO EXPERIENCE NO PROBLEM.Our new Angels will attend our orientation course under the instruction of our knowledgeable staff. Our orientation course details our new Caregiver Development Program. This course outlines advanced handson training to promote new skills or perfect old ones. All employees are provided with monthly online training to refine their skills and develop a level professionalism unmatched by other agencies.

Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

Light housekeeping light carebased surface cleaning

Personal care could include bathing assistance dressing feeding oral care toileting & incontinence care.

Social interaction games reading and puzzles.

Dementia & Alzheimers care including assisting with cognitive exercises and socialization.

Errands and Shopping assist our clients in going to the store or appointments.

Medication Reminders remind and assist our clients with getting their prescribed medications on time

Meal Preparation Assisting clients with daily nutrition and special diets.
