Your Role & Impact

As an Inside Sales & Account Management Strategist youll:

  • Partner Enablement:Collaborate with partners to identify opportunities codevelop solutions and provide them with the knowledge artifacts needed to succeed.

  • Demystify Our Services:Help partners understand how UnleashUs unique approach reduces reliance on SMEs while building selfsufficient knowledgedriven organizations.

  • Deepen Partner Relationships:Strengthen existing partnerships through candid communication proactive knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Cultivate New Partnerships:Identify and engage potential partners who align with our values of distributed knowledge and institutional learning.

  • Serve as Trusted Advisor:Guide partners and customers in leveraging our AutoPiloting and CoPiloting services to transform their capabilities.

  • Support Direct Sales Initiatives:Contribute to direct sales efforts when capacity allows applying our high speed low drag philosophy to drive results.

What You Bring

3 years of experiencein inside sales account management or partner sales preferably within a B2B or technologydriven environment.

A consultative approachto salesyoure not just selling a service; youre empowering partners to succeed.

Strong communication & relationshipbuilding skillsyou know how to engage educate and expand relationships at all levels.

A growth mindsetyoure curious always learning and excited to uncover new opportunities.

A passion for problemsolvingyou see challenges as opportunities and enjoy working with partners to develop creative solutions.

Experience with CRM toolslike HubSpot (a plus but not required).
