Are you a starter or young professional with no more than two years experience and have you completed college/university education in a field such as Data Science Business Information Sciences Computer Science or Marketing Intelligence Are you ready to get your career off to a flying start as a trainee Seize this opportunity now and register for the selection.

Whats involved
As a trainee youll start out by working with various Business Units. Well also link you up with other Young Professionals within the company. This will enable you to gain broad experience and get to know our organisation and staff as effectively as possible. Youll be working on substantive strategically interesting projects that contribute to RTLs objectives and to your own development. These projects are housed within various departments such as Content Intelligence Data Intelligence Software Development & Integration Service Operations or Strategy & Data Analytics. The traineeship has a fixed structure but is also tailored to your needs; there is plenty of room for individual preferences and development. You will be responsible for carrying out one or more projects. This will enable you to get the most out of your strengths and expand on them. In other words youll be an entrepreneur within your own traineeship!

Admission criteria for RTL traineeship

• The traineeship is intended for starters and Young Professionals with zero to two years work experience.
• You have completed college/university education ideally in a field such as Data Science Business Information Sciences Computer Science or Marketing Intelligence. Programming skills .NET Python JAVA or React) are an advantage but not a requirement.
• You have an affinity with digital and other forms of media and a demonstrable feel for technology and data.
• Finally if youre also innovative pragmatic analytically skilled a great communicator and absolutely a teamplayer were looking for you!

The position is fulltime 40 hours per week) at our headquarters in Hilversum or one of our branches in Amsterdam. All locations are easily accessible by car and public transport.

Selection procedure

Step 3 During the selection day youll get to know RTL inside and out. Youll receive a tour and the opportunity to work on a substantive case in a team. Naturally the winning team will win a great prize. Well round off the day with beer and pizza.

Step 4 Following the selection day youll receive an assessment. Based on the outcome youll be invited for a personal interview.
