Job Summary
Parttime faculty are needed for online college classes and are paid at the rate of $725 per college credit hour. Qualifications for faculty vary according to subject area.

Minimum Qualifications:
Eighteen graduate hours in the teaching discipline and a Masters degree or a Masters degree in the teaching discipline required.
Online instructors are required to complete training offered by the college. Preference will be given to applicants with prior experience teaching online classes. BCTC uses the Blackboard Course Management System.
