Job Overview
We are seeking a MidLevel Real Estate Sales professional at Geetanjali Homestate Pvt Ltd for our Gurgaon location. This is a fulltime position aimed at individuals with up to 6 years of work experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling residential and commercial properties as well as providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications and Skills
- Residential Real Estate (Mandatory skill)
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients developers and other stakeholders.
- Property valuation skills to accurately estimate the value of various properties.
- Proficient in closing techniques to finalize sales transactions efficiently and effectively.
- Experience in commercial real estate to manage and sell commercial properties.
- Strong sales skills to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients to foster longterm engagement and trust.
- Strategic thinking and problemsolving skills to overcome challenges and seize opportunities in the market.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Promote and sell residential and commercial properties to potential clients.
- Conduct property viewings and presentations to showcase properties competently.
- Assist clients in property selection based on their preferences and budget.
- Negotiate and close sales deals with clients ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Provide market research and trend analysis to clients for informed decisionmaking.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of real estate laws regulations and market trends.
- Generate leads through networking referrals and other sales techniques.
- Prepare and present contracts and agreements to clients for review and approval.
