Employment Term:Two Permanent Part Time available
Location:Spring Hill St Andrews War Memorial Hospital opposite the Roma St Parklands.
Remuneration:$54.54 $58.44 p/h 11.5 Super Not for Profit Salary Packaging Penalties & Allowances

Your part in St Andrews War Memorial
As a Clinical Nurse in our ICU you will provide exceptional patient care in the areas of your clinical expertise whilst assessing and responding appropriately to clinical nursing issues and concerns. Providing supervision and guidance within a multidisciplinary team through effective decision making and support you will lead by example through exceptional communication customer service and patient advocacy.
What makes a difference for us
- Minimum 2 years post graduate Registered Nursing experience within ICU
- Critical Care Certificate desirable or working towards one
- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent and AHPRA registration
- Demonstrated ability to provide leadership support and mentorship
- An ability to coordinate and prioritise your wards clinical load
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and quality improvements
