Senior Associate Special Counsel - Banking Finance Hybrid

The role

Were a diverse group and are looking for someone who is enthusiastic hardworking and fun.

We are looking for a Senior Associate or Special Counsel to work closely with Luke McShane. Luke is an experienced banking and finance lawyer with a particular focus on the project financing of mining resources and infrastructure projects within Australia and overseas. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of borrower clients financing their resources and infrastructure projects in Australia and overseas as well as nonbank lenders investing in the real estate sector including boutique fund managers dedicated property development funders multifamily investment houses and private lender syndicates.

Were looking for someone:

• admitted as a Lawyer
• with 5 years experience
• with Banking & Finance experience
• with a genuine passion for problem solving and thinking outside the box
• that is keen to be involved in mentoring junior members of staff
• wanting a fantastic team culture
• with an entrepreneurial and innovative mindset
