As the Director of Global Digital & Growth Marketing you will play a critical leadership role in driving the digital strategy growth initiatives and performance marketing efforts for Catapult a highgrowthfocused SaaS company. You will be responsible for scaling our global digital presence optimizing the customer acquisition funnel and driving measurable growth through innovative strategies. This role requires a balance of creative and analytical skills strong leadership capabilities and a deep understanding of the SaaS tech landscape.
This Director of Global Digital & Growth Marketing role is ideal for a strategic datadriven leader who can drive impactful growth and lead a dynamic team to scale Catapults digital presence and performance on a global stage.
WHAT YOULL DO
Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global digital marketing strategy that aligns with business goals and drives revenue growth.
- Oversee all digital channels including website SEO SEM paid media email marketing social media content marketing and automation.
- Lead the development of the digital marketing roadmap ensuring alignment with sales product and customer success teams to drive lead generation and customer retention.
Growth Marketing:
- Own and scale the global growth marketing strategy to increase customer acquisition conversion and retention.
- Lead and optimize demand generation efforts through digital channels ensuring a strong pipeline of highquality leads.
- Oversee growth experiments and A/B testing across marketing channels to improve performance and efficiency.
- Drive fullfunnel marketing efforts to optimize customer acquisition retention and overall LTV/CAC ratios.
DataDriven Decision Making:
- Define key KPIs and metrics to track marketing performance measuring the success of campaigns and continuously optimizing them for better outcomes.
- Utilize data analytics tools to gain insights into customer behavior and campaign performance translating these insights into actionable growth strategies.
- Develop performance dashboards to provide regular updates to leadership on campaign ROI lead conversion and funnel efficiency.
Global Campaign Management:
- Lead the strategy and of global campaigns adapting messaging and approach to different regions to ensure relevance and impact.
- Ensure seamless collaboration across regional teams to drive consistency and alignment in messaging and brand positioning globally.
- Manage the budget for global digital marketing ensuring all investments are ROIpositive and aligned with business objectives.
Leadership and Team Development:
- Lead mentor and grow a highperforming global digital marketing team fostering a culture of innovation accountability and excellence.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Product Sales and Customer Success to align marketing strategies with overall company objectives.
- Build strong relationships with external agencies vendors and partners to ensure the successful delivery of key digital initiatives.
Brand Positioning and Digital Presence:
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all digital touchpoints.
- Oversee the management and optimization of our website to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
- Drive the companys content strategy to enhance thought leadership brand visibility and engagement across various digital channels.
Martech and Innovation:
- Evaluate implement and manage the companys marketing technology stack to support automation personalization and efficiency.
- Stay up to date with industry trends tools and best practices to continually innovate and improve the companys digital marketing efforts.
- Explore and test emerging digital marketing channels and technologies that can enhance customer acquisition and retention.
WHAT YOULL NEED
- 8 years of experience in digital marketing and growth roles within a SaaS B2B environment with at least 4 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of driving growth through datadriven digital marketing strategies and growth experiments.
- Extensive experience with demand generation lead nurturing accountbased marketing (ABM) SEO/SEM and paid media.
- Strong knowledge of growth marketing tactics including funnel optimization conversion rate optimization (CRO) and customer lifecycle marketing.
- Experience managing a global team with a deep understanding of regional nuances in digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking with experience in tools like Google Analytics HubSpot Marketo or equivalent CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Expertise in marketing technologies and a proven ability to build a scalable automated growth engine.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple complex projects in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong leadership and teambuilding capabilities with a passion for fostering creativity and collaboration across teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex digital strategies to senior stakeholders.
