Job Description & Summary:

Our team offers strategic advice to investors and companies undertaking mergers and acquisitions or investment opportunities.
Responsibilities
a. Fund Mobilization/Arrangement/Advisory Experience in any of following situations: Sustainable/Development finance Structured and Special situations Long term corporate/ Project finance Structured/conventional Equity
b. Credit Assessment experience in Credit teams of Banks/NBFC/Credit funds/Development Finance Institutions
c. Credit Rating (Analytical team)
d. Investment Evaluation/Project Appraisal

Years of experience required: 12 years
Education qualification: Graduation/ Post Graduation
