About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and resultsdriven Insurance Sales Agent to join our dynamic call center team. In this role you will engage with potential customers via inbound and outbound calls providing them with tailored insurance solutions. If you thrive in a fastpaced environment enjoy helping customers and have a passion for sales we want to hear from you!
COMPENSATION:
- $18.00/hr. plus uncapped commission (average Agent makes $70000 $80000/year)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a Property & Casualty Insurance license
- 1 years of sales experience preferably in a call center or highvolume sales environment.
- Strong communication negotiation and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced metricsdriven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales technology.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus but not required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle inbound sales calls to prospective customers.
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate autoinsurance policies.
- Explain coverage options policy features and benefits in a clear and compelling manner.
- Overcome objections and close sales efficiently while maintaining compliance with state regulations.
- Build rapport and maintain longterm client relationships.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Process applications verify customer information and ensure accurate documentation.
- Stay informed about industry trends underwriting guidelines and policy changes.
