About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineering Consultant to join Billigence India. This role will lead the regional offering where you will design and implement scalable data solutions using cuttingedge technologies such as Databricks Snowflake GCP AWS or Azure. You will help clients unlock the full potential of their data and contribute to building strong data engineering capabilities within the team including mentoring junior team members. Additionally you will play a key role in interviewing candidates for similar roles to support the growth of our engineering team.
What Youll Do:
- Design build and optimize robust data pipelines and ETL processes using Apache Kafka for realtime streaming data.
- Implement and manage data solutions using Databricks Snowflake Azure and Apache Kafka.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver tailored data solutions for both realtime and batch processing.
- Ensure data quality governance and security best practices across all systems.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to their technical development.
- Actively participate in interviewing and evaluating candidates for roles within the team.
What Youll Need:
- Experience with realtime data streaming and message brokering (e.g. Apache Kafka).
- Indepth knowledge of Databricks Snowflake Azure Data Services and cloudnative architectures.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing cloudbased data solutions for both realtime and batch data processing.
- Proficiency in SQL Python or other programming languages.
- Solid experience working with cloud data warehouses and data lakes.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring junior team members and supporting their technical growth.
- Active involvement in interviewing and evaluating new team members ensuring the continuous strength of the team.
