My Gym is an amazing place because it allows you to work with children in a fun environment AND also be involved in the highlevel processes of running a small business. Our core product is our amazing classes and parties; so of course your training begins within these areas.
As a lead teacher you will be working handson teaching Mommy and Me classes for babies/toddlers and their parents as well as physical education classes for preschool and grade school kids. As you become a proficient lead teacher youll begin learning:
- Our backend systems
- Administration
- Sales
- Training etc.
The tools learned after working at a My Gym stay with you throughout your life! This is a fastpaced teamoriented environment where likeminded individuals will thrive and advance!
- Salary is competitive with the ability to progress quickly.
- Education or backgrounds in sports physical fitness early childhood education gymnastics dance etc. are taken into consideration when determining salary.
