About This Role:
The Account Development Representative (ADR) is responsible for identifying and prospecting potential buyers in key named client accounts. The role works closely with account team members to expand the Forrester footprint and identify additional revenue sources. The ADRs are measured on the number of qualified meetings completed and number of opportunities sourced. There are three levels of ADRs based on performance team contribution and skill development.
