Hire Resolves client in the manufacturing industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a HR Clerk in Iswepe Mpumalanga. This is a FTC position with the possibility to become permanent.
Responsibilities:
- Generate labour statistics reports.
- Manage and maintain personnel data and records for bargaining unit staff.
- Prepare documentation for new hires and employee departures.
- Administer time and attendance records.
- Adhere to production and safety protocols.
- Ensure compliance with ISO and Quality Management Systems standards.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 (or equivalent) qualification with passing grades in English and Core Mathematics.
- Human Resources Diploma or Degree or actively working towards completing one.
- At least 12 months of work experience in a Human Resources setting.
- At least 12 months of experience using a time and attendance system.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience using Microsoft 365.
- Proficient in using Microsoft 365.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and isiZulu.
