Meeting Space: over 90000 sqft (Candidate must have experience with large event space operations)

Location and Accessibility: Situated in Frisco Texas this hotel is conveniently connected to the Frisco Conference Center the largest meeting facility north of Dallas. Its also adjacent to the Comerica Center and a short walk from the Stonebriar Centre Mall offering guests easy access to shopping and entertainment venues

Salary: $170000 $190000 plus bonus

What Were Looking For:

  • Proven leadership experience managing a hotel with 40000 sq. ft. of meeting space please specify the property and meeting space size on your resume We need a leader who understands the complexities of largescale operations and highvolume event management.
  • Strategic leader with 8 years of experience as a General Manager in branded hotels or resorts A strong track record in branded environments ensures the ability to uphold brand standards while driving operational excellence.
  • Comprehensive expertise in hotel operations including rooms food & beverage management marketing budgeting and strategic planning Success in this role requires a wellrounded leader who can balance guest experience financial performance and operational efficiency.
  • Engaged team player who thrives on handson leadership and collaboration to drive exceptional results We value leaders who actively support and develop their teams fostering a positive and highperforming work culture.
  • Relevant educational background such as a bachelors degree in hotel management business or equivalent experience A strong foundation in hospitality or business principles is essential for making informed and strategic decisions.
  • Forwardthinking professional with an adaptable mindset ready to navigate challenges and opportunities The hospitality industry is constantly evolving and we need a leader who can anticipate changes and innovate accordingly.
