Job Description
Job Title: Sr Associate Video Content
Work Timings: 10:15 am 7:15 pm
Working Days: Monday Friday 1st and 3rd Saturdays are working; 2nd 4th & 5th Saturdays are off)
Location: Lower Parel & Andheri Mumbai 5 minutes from Railway Station)
Reports to: Brand Manager
Work Mode: 100 Work from Office
Age Criteria: Upto 30 years

About the Role:
As the Sr Associate Video Content at Lower Parel & Andheri Mumbai you will lead the creation of engaging video content that reflects our brand identity. You will oversee all aspects of video production from conceptualization to final delivery and play a crucial role in enhancing our video storytelling efforts.
What Youll Do:
Video Production and Editing:
Plan coordinate film and edit marketing video content.
Lead preproduction activities including scripting storyboarding and scheduling shoots.
Team and Equipment Management:
Mentor and oversee video editors ensuring timely and highquality video delivery.
Maintain all camera and equipment ensuring regular servicing and readiness.
Creative Collaboration:
Work closely with the creative team to align video content with branding and marketing goals.
Stay updated on video production trends and technologies to drive innovation and improve quality.
Requirements
MustHave:
Experience: 24 years in video production and editing.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects and Final Cut Pro.
Organizational Skills: Strong project management and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of digital cameras and equipment.
Should Have:
Storytelling Ability: A flair for creating compelling video narratives.
Attention to Detail: Ability to deliver highquality content with precision.
Team Collaboration: Proven experience working with creative teams.
Nice to Have:
Innovative Approach: Willingness to experiment with new video trends and techniques.
ProblemSolving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot technical and creative challenges.
