Job Description

Be a part of a multidisciplinary team that provides support and encouragement to adults with chronic mental illness so that they can live their best lives! Our Team Clinicians gain comprehensive clinical experience working under experienced independently licensed clinicians. In addition we offer a wide variety of career growth and training opportunities within our organization.

The Communitybased Adult Clinician provides clinical assessment risk/safety planning and treatment planning for onsite and community respite clients. Leads development of shortterm comprehensive recoverybased services that focus on engagement/motivational interviewing harm reduction coping skills and resource gathering. Works with the site manager and program director to conduct intakes and discharge planning for all clients. Coordinates multidisciplinary team and coordinates/evaluates program services.

Requirements:

  • Masters in Psychology Social Work or related field required. License preferred.
  • Must have at least 2 years experience with behavioral health
  • Familiarity with principles of psychiatric recovery required
  • Valid drivers license and access to personal vehicle to provide transportation of consumers
  • Demonstrated ability to work successfully at coordinating care across a continuum of care required
