THE ROLE
As a Waiter of The Lounge restaurant you will be responsible for creating and delivering an exceptional experience for our guests. Your tasks as Waiter will include but will not be limited to:
- To provide a genuine attentive and friendly service to our guests in order to reflect the Nobu standards.
- Make sure all service prep is ready in advance; including table setup cutlery napkins salt and pepper filled etc.
- To be aware of any VIP guests dining with us during your shift and ensure their experience is tailored appropriately
- Anticipates guests needs and provide them with a personalised crafted experience.
- To feel empowered to make a decision that will enhance the guest experience or defuse any complaints which may arise.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team at all times.
- To be an ambassador for Nobu as well as someone who embodies our values and philosophies.

EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 1 year experience in a Waiter or Waitress role.
