Across it all weve embedded financial services tools at the point of sale so merchants can access a business loan and manage their cash flow in one place. Afterpay furthers our goal to provide omnichannel tools that unlock meaningful value and growth enabling sellers to capture the next generation shopper increase order sizes and compete at a larger scale.
Today we are a partner to sellers of all sizes large enterprisescale businesses with complex operations sellers just starting as well as merchants who began selling with Square and have grown larger over time. Square Staff makes it easy for sellers to run their team and pay them fast. From onboarding staff to managing schedules to getting employees paidStaff offers a suite of tools that help sellers operate their team from clockin to cash out.
As a Principal Product Designer you will help shape the design decisions that inform product strategy and roadmap. Your responsibilities will include designing core features as well as exploring the future of Square Staff products. You will collaborate closely with a team of experienced designers product managers engineers and data scientists to deliver an exceptional experience. In addition to working with important partners on Staff you will work with other teams across Block (e.g. Cash App and Square Banking).
