Provides administrative support to the GSCM Head including managing
calendars scheduling meetings taking notes and coordinating travel
arrangements.
Prepare and review presentations reports and correspondence ensuring
accuracy and professionalism.
Assist in the preparation of meetings including agenda development
minutes and followup action tracking.
Acts as a liaison between GSCM Head and internal/external stakeholders
fostering effective communication and collaboration.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Manage expense reporting and procurementrelated administrative tasks
as required.
*KEY COMPETENCIES:*
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or any other field
3 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role preferably
within a global organization.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint)
and other productivity tools.
Ability to work independently and handle complex tasks with minimal
supervision.
High level of professionalism discretion and attention to detail.
Experience in supply chain functions is a plus point

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION: Bachelors degree
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE : 3 year
WORKING DAYS : MON TO FRI
WORK TIMINGS : 9:00 6:00
Contract period autorenewable or not: 1 year. Can be renewed with evaluation.
