An ideal candidate would be someone who is experienced in handling ecommercebusinesses end to end with proper listings across all major ecommerce portalsand can deliver strong revenue growth in line with monthly & annualbusiness targets.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for the whole Ecommercestrategy on various ecommerce Marketplaces (including but not limited to platformslike Amazon Nykaa Myntra Flipkart etc. & formulate overall growth planof action to boost sales & product visibility managing daytodayoperations and tasks on marketplace platforms.
Run targeted online ads to drive trafficand sales on marketplace platforms.
Forecast and execute monthly/annual salestargets and maintain monthly and quarterly growth numbers across portals.
Annual Planning Budgeting and Activationfor Ecommerce accounts.
Create and manage product listings and Acontent on marketplaces to ensure product information product dataspecifications images pricing discount existing catalogue quality etc. isaccurate and uptodate.
Collaborate with marketing team to createimpactful product content and plan product advertisements & promotioncampaigns and activities.
Manage the entire inventory records order fulfillmentprocess replenishment of inventory to avoid out of stock of critical SKUs analyzeageing stock and try to liquidate on online platforms.
Drive overall Customer Experience Monitorreviews and complaints related to product concerns and assortment or anycustomer service issues that arise on the marketplace platforms.
Vendor management Identify high potentialstrategic partners and build pipeline of new partners. Interact and buildstrong relationships with marketplace points of contact to drive brand visibilityhigher preference for our brand and negotiate promotions and deals to increasesales. Prepare and share stock sheets with online parties and follow up onpayments. Manage disputes and discrepancies if any.
Analyze market trends understand the demographicsand detect effective measures for penetrating business. Stay uptodate withthe latest trends and best practices in ecommerce and marketplace management.
Experience:
4 8 yearsof ecommerce experience in an ecommerce / D2C platform products brandpreferably beauty / cosmetics
Background and knowledge of theEcommerce and online Marketplace Management
An immense learning opportunity in a highimpact role where you will be working closely with the founding team and can getto handle increasing responsibility over time.
