- Oversee and manage financial reporting for projectbased accounting ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements project budgets and forecasts providing detailed insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Work with large data sets to track project performance identify trends and ensure financial control.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards tax regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with project managers and crossfunctional teams to ensure financial objectives are met and projects remain within budget.
- Provide strategic financial support on longterm and shortterm projects offering guidance and datadriven decisionmaking.
- Manage and optimize financial systems ensuring timely and accurate reporting across multiple projects.
- CA(SA) Chartered Accountant (South Africa)
- Minimum of 3 years postqualification experience preferably in projectbased accounting within engineering construction logistics or mining sectors (Financial Services experience will not be considered).
- Strong expertise in working with large data sets and conducting detailed financial analysis.
- Excellent understanding of projectbased financial management budgeting and cost control.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Detailoriented with strong problemsolving abilities
