Heritage Auto Groupis a wellestablished new and used car dealership located in Lilydale specialising in Kia GMSV SsangYong and quality preowned vehicles sales. Their AC Delco Service Centre has been purpose built to support the Holden HSV and SsangYong maintenance programs.
To continue this success Heritage Auto Groupis seeking an experienced customer focused Service Advisor to join their vibrant Service Department!
To be considered you will excel at establishing strong ongoing longterm relationships thereby creating outstanding customer confidence and continuously maximising guest satisfaction. You will also act as a passionate brand ambassador consistently promoting the highest standards of courtesy and integrity when interacting with the Service Customers. The extensive training program ongoing support and attractive commission structure allow for guaranteed success!
As a Service Advisor you will have:
- Commitment to delivering an unparalleled level of customer service
- Strong listening & problem solving skills
- A positive proactive and courteous approach to customers and colleagues
- An enthusiastic friendly and helpful attitude
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems
- Excellent communication organisation and interpersonal skills.
- Previous Service Advisor Experience in a High Volume Dealership Environment preferred but not essential
- A Valid Victorian Drivers Licence
- Ability to complete a successful National Police Check
