Description
- Oversee landscape and outdoor space design studio operations and production ensuring planning and forecasting align with the companys overall vision and direction.
- Supervise major landscape and residential projects by delegating design tasks supervising design agreements and evaluating individual consultant/team schedule adjustments in relation to the impact to the client and the previously projected timeline.
- Manage senior team leaders complete individual and team performance reviews establish requirements and scope of work for roles to aid in compensation adjustments/metric evaluations. Facilitate staff professional development including providing training to staff in proper use of office infrastructure and systems.
- Ensure design quality by reviewing design plans and continuously reviewing the vision/concept presentation using graphic library/image collection.
- Evaluate and solve technical infrastructure issues (hardware and software) and assess potential upgrades or modifications to office infrastructure e.g. software upgrades for efficiency/based on the needs of each team.
- Participate in the development of internal project staffing and scheduling plans that ensure each project can be executed within the contracted fee and enable efficient overall of planning and landscape architectural scopes.
- Prepare essential marketing and promotional material in support of office outreach and branding efforts together with Studio Operations Manager. This includes leading design innovations and research on current/future market trends and styles as well as coordinating with clients staff public agencies and consultants.

Qualifications
Education Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Landscape Architecture or closely related. Employer will accept foreign equivalent degree in the same field.
Experience Requirements:
- 60 months of experience in job offered Associate Landscape Senior Landscape Architect or closely related.
Special skills requirements:
- Plan design and manage landscape areas for projects such as water parks hotels hospitals commercial industrial institutional and residential sites from concept to construction supervision.
- Draft client contracts and proposals for landscape architecture projects.
- Analyze data on conditions such as location drainage or environmental reports that may affect the landscape design.
- Design edit and review landscape designs using AutoCAD LandFX SketchUp Lumion Rhinoceros 3D Enscape 3D Visualizer and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator and lnDesign).
- Communicate technical and design concepts with a diverse group of consultants staff and firm clients. This includes working and directing teams of varying disciplines.
- Apply current and historical design theory to landscape architectural projects considering the clients needs and preferences.
- Experience with complete landscape design and program requirements related to master planning site planning urban design and site landscaping architectural design.
- Utilize international practice experience to provide world perspective to the creation of the project design.
