Our client is seeking to add a Commercial Trucking/Bodily Injury Claims Adjusters to join their team. As a Claims Adjuster you will be responsible for handling Auto/Bodily Injury Claims from inception to close.
Salary/Benefits:
- $90000 $95000/year
- Ability to work remote
Responsibilities:
- Investigate evaluate and negotiate Auto/Bodily Injury Claims
- The number of claims pending at any given time will be approximately 150 or less with around 1020 of files involving litigation.
- Communicate with policyholders claimants attorneys and other relevant parties
- Determine coverage and liability issues
- Document claim activities process payments and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate claim resolution
- Monitor claim developments and make appropriate decisions
Requirements:
- TX and FL Adjuster license required
- NY license is a plus!
- 7 years of experience handling Commercial Auto Trucking/Bodily Injury Claims
- Must have experience handling claims up to fatalities
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Background and drug screening will be required
