Location:WinstonSalem NC onsite Schedule:10 month position1st shift Monday Friday with some weekend/evening hours depending upon events/program needs

Education/Experience/Licensure: - Associates or Bachelors Degree (Education or related field preferred).
- Minimum of two 2 years of classroom experience.
- Familiarity with diverse instructional strategies and differentiated learning preferred.
- A relevant combination of education and experience may be considered.

Job Duties: - Provide small group instruction based on teacherdeveloped lesson plans
- Support and engage students from diverse backgrounds and with unique learning needs
- Create a positive encouraging and traumainformed classroom environment
- Help maintain accurate student records attendance and performance tracking
- Support teachers with instructional planning and content delivery
- Collaborate with school staff to ensure consistency and continuity in learning
- Assist with school events extracurriculars and special projects
- Participate in professional development opportunities
- Uphold school policies regulations and classroom standards
- Take initiativeand dont be afraid to learn from mistakes along the way!
- May occasionally be assigned other shortterm tasks related to the job and appropriate to skills and training
