We are seeking a resultsdriven Business Development Manager with a strong hunter mentality to drive sales and expand our market presence in Gauteng. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in the B2B electronic security industry a proven track record in sales and the ability to engage with Clevel executives.

Qualifications:

    • 57 years of experience in electronic security or similar industries.
    • Sales experience in the South Africa / Gauteng region
    • Strong technical knowledge of electronic security systems including access control video surveillance intrusion detection and fire alarm systems.
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets from identifying new business opportunities developing proposals and presentations negotiating and closing deals.
    • Developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers partners and industry experts at an executive level.
    • Strong analytical skills to analyze market trends identify customer needs and develop effective solutions.
    • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
    • Ability to engage and influence Clevel executives.
    • Selfmotivated resultsdriven and a natural hunter in business development.
    • Strong understanding of market trends and competitor landscape in the security sector

Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the electronic security industry.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decisionmakers at Clevel.
    • Drive B2B sales of security solutions including intrusion detection automation video surveillance fire protection and access control systems.
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
    • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
    • Lead negotiations and closing of highvalue deals.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
