PURPOSE OF ROLE
We are working with a reputable insurance company to find a skilled individual to join their Private clients personal lines team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong client relationships providing expert support on personal insurance needs and driving portfolio growth.
EXPERIENCE
- Customerfacing role in personal lines insurance
- Basic knowledge of personal insurance products and compliance (FCA Consumer Duty)
- Experience in renewals new business and client queries (desirable)
SKILLS
- Strong communication and organization
- Proactive and clientfocused approach
- Team player with business development skills
DAYTODAY
- Manage and build client relationships
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Assist with policy renewals and negotiations
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations
