Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular stock audits for each retail storeto ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure timelydelivery and replenishment of stock to retail locations.
- Implement and maintain inventory management systemsto track stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
- Monitor and report on stock shrinkage damages andlosses and implement strategies to minimize losses.
- Communicate stock availability promotions and productinformation to sales teams and retail staff.
- Serve as the central point of contact between salesteams retail stores and head office.
Key Task:
- Perform regular physical stock counts and reconcilediscrepancies between actual stock levels and system records.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to scheduledeliveries and ensure adequate stock levels at retail stores.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movementstransfers and adjustments.
- Monitor stock levels of fastselling items andinitiate reordering processes to prevent stock outs.
- Investigate stock discrepancies and implementcorrective actions to improve accuracy.
- Prepare regular reports on stock levels salesperformance and inventory turnover
Requirements
Key Skills:
- Working knowledge of contentmanagement systems.
- The ability to work in afastpaced environment.
- Effective communicationskills.
- Excellent writing and editingskills.
