Position : Junior Sales Representative
Working Schedule : 9a5p EST
Salary Range :$1300$1700 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and resultsdriven Junior Sales Representative to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads through outbound calls and direct messaging (DM) strategies on Instagram. You will play a key role in our sales pipeline by identifying potential customers engaging with them and helping to close deals.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Sales & Lead Qualification:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to qualify leads.
- Identify customer needs and determine how our products/services can address them.
- Maintain a structured followup process to nurture prospects.
Instagram DM Sales Strategy:
- Engage with potential leads through direct messages on Instagram.
- Build relationships and provide product/service information through personalized communication.
- Convert Instagram conversations into qualified leads and sales.
General Sales & CRM Management:
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales team to optimize outreach and conversion strategies.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation and sales.
Requirements
- 2 year of sales experience (preferably in outbound sales lead generation or social media sales).
- Ability to drive sales through Instagram chat alongside traditional outbound calls texts and emails.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Comfort with cold calling and direct messaging potential customers.
- Familiarity with Instagram and social media sales strategies.
- Selfmotivated goaloriented and eager to learn.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
