Job Description
We are seeking an Associate Veterinarian in Morehead City NC.You will be responsible for providing highquality veterinary care to our clients beloved pets. You will work closely with a supportive team of veterinarians technicians and support staff to ensure optimal patient care and client satisfaction. This position is ideal for a veterinarian who is passionate about small animal medicine and eager to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive medical surgical and dental care to companion animals.
- Perform diagnostic evaluations and develop treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Educate clients on preventative care treatment options and postcare instructions.
- Maintain accurate medical records in line with hospital standards.
- Collaborate with fellow veterinarians and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
- Keep up to date with current veterinary practices and technologies.
Qualifications:
- DVM or VMD from an accredited veterinary school.
- Licensed to practice in North Carolina (or eligible for licensure).
- At least 25 years of experience in small animal medicine required (no new grads please).
- Strong diagnostic and surgical skills.
- Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team player with the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
