Job Description
- Conduct cuttingedge research in Multimodal pretrained models and NLP focusing on document understanding and intelligence.
- Develop and implement groundbreaking techniques in LLM and Generative AI.
- Develop ProofofConcept (POC) projects to validate innovative ideas
- Create ML models aligned with business objectives ensuring data quality and model accuracy.
- Engage in data preparation cleaning and verification for optimal model training. Finetune models and adjust hyperparameters for peak performance.
- Deploy models integrate them within business applications and embed them in business processes.
- Collaborate with testing engineers to construct test cases for model validation.
- Enhance MLOps toolkits for efficient machine learning lifecycle management.
Requirements
- Transfer Learning Expertise in applying pretrained models to new tasks.
- Data Preprocessing cleaning tokenization lemmatization Model Finetuning/Training LLM models.
- Large Language Models (LLM)/RAG implementation OPEN AI DeepSeek AI Gemini etc Natural Language Processing (NLP) Optimizing Model Performance.
- Machine Learning Lifecycle Management MLOps Cloud Platforms (AWS Azure Google Cloud) Hyper parameter Tuning

Analysis of both high-level and granular (category and/or product specific) business trends Experience in data processing, data analysis, and automation. Strong proficiency in Excel/Sheets, SQL, and data visualization tools. Experience in Python or R language. Exposure to using Hive or Presto for data processing. Ability to analyze complex datasets and provide actionable insights. Strong communication skills and experience in documenting and presenting data findings.
