Job Description
We have over 50 integrations that our team will be responsible for building and with the other projects and requirements key skills are Workday Studio first secondary Workday Cloud Connect
To excel in Workday integration development several key skills and competencies are essential
Requirements
Here are some of the critical skills required:
- Technical Skills:
- Workday Studio: Proficiency in using Workday Studio a powerful development tool for building complex integrations.
- Workday Integration Cloud: Knowledge of Workdays integration platform including EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) Workday Web Services (WWS) and Workday Cloud Connect.
- Programming Languages: Familiarity with programming languages such as XML XSLT and Java.
- APIs and Web Services: Understanding of REST and SOAP APIs for integrating Workday with other systems.
- Data Management: Skills in data management including data extraction transformation and loading (ETL) processes.
- Functional Knowledge:
- ERP Systems: Knowledge of systems like SAP Lawson Meditech and Workday itself to bring basic ERP understanding.
- Processes: Understanding of HR Finance and SCM processes and systems.
- Analytical Skills:
- ProblemSolving: Strong problemsolving skills to troubleshoot integration issues.
- Data Analysis: Ability to analyze and validate data to ensure accurate integration.
- Project Management:
- Project Coordination: Experience in coordinating integration projects including planning and monitoring.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to work with various stakeholders including technical teams and business users.
- Soft Skills:
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to nontechnical stakeholders.
