Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children.
Duties:
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for preschoolaged children
Create a nurturing and safe environment where children can learn and grow
Provide individualized attention to each child to support their social emotional and cognitive development
Collaborate with parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for each child
Monitor and assess childrens progress and communicate effectively with parents
Maintain a clean and organized classroom conducive to learning
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred or a CDA
Previous experience working with preschoolaged children
Strong knowledge of childhood development principles
Familiarity with literacy education physical education and math concepts for young children
Ability to create engaging lesson plans and activities that promote learning through play
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patience creativity and a genuine passion for working with young children
NicetoHave Skills:
Special education background
Experience in childcare tutoring or toddler care
