Join Penn Power Group LLC a leader in preventative maintenance routine service and emergency fleet solutions for over 50 years as a Business Development Sales Manager. We offer toptier equipment 24/7 service support and expert power systems technicians.
What We Offer:
- Salary range from $70000$78000 This compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates relevant work experience skills certifications and geographic location.

Your Role:
- Prospect new leads & implement cold outreach campaigns
- Qualify customers & nurture existing relationships
- Conduct outbound calls & field visits 75 of the time)
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales & forecast activities
- Drive sales of new generators & maintenance agreements
- Maintain a 90 contract renewal rate
What You Bring:
- 3 years of B2B industrial sales in power generation/electrical systems
- Proven experience managing full sales cycles & new business development
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce Microsoft Dynamics or HubSpot)
- Ability to work remotely & travel locally 80
