Job Description
The JobSquad Solutions is currently seeking a Full Time Journeyman Die Tryout Leader. Qualified Candidate will direct and coordinates die tryout activities for dies assigned. They will answer questions and provides direction to fellow tryout personal or trainees. They will also oversee tryout operation in absence of manager.
Shift and Pay:
1st and 2nd shift $24$27 an hour
Job Duties:
- Responsible for setting the work pace within the department Is responsible for making his manager aware of performance issues involving employees in his department.
- Reviews modifies and communicates the lineup direction between shifts Attends WIP meetings Prioritizes department workloads based on advise of Scheduling manager Understands the ATC Die Build Process and actively to seeks to improve it.
- Cooperates with the Die Shop to coordinate the Die Build process between the departments.
- Ensures information flow to their crew.
- Initials department job time tickets Attends Job Launch Meetings Customer Satisfaction.
- Issues intranet posting for his department.
- Responsible for providing information and making sure rework hours are accurately accounted for. Is Responsible for the cleanliness and organization of his department.
- Provides input regarding the twice yearly employee evaluations
- Responsible for evaluating his crew of workers and making training arrangements so the department has sufficient personnel crosstrained to provide coverage on all equipment and shifts during vacation illness or other reasons that require interchangeable personnel.
- Helps keep inventory up to date.
- Strives towards completing tasks and jobs within the original estimated hours Supports the Quality System promotes shop safety familiar with the Building Safety and Security procedures and instructions.
