Overview
Job Title: Nail Technician
Salary: Up to $50$70 an hour between base/commission/gratuities
Status: Full Time or Part Time
Shift: Days Swings
Other Compensation: $11.79 tips & up to 35 service commission 10 sales commission on any product sold.

Responsibilities
- The Nail Technicians will perform services that include manicures and pedicures plus several specialized treatments unique to Spa Monarch.
- Adhering to appointments in a timely manner by monitoring time schedule.
- Welcoming clients in a warm friendly manner accompanying them to and from treatment rooms and thanking them sincerely on departure.
- Engaging and conversing with clients during sessions on topics relating to their interests.
- Maintaining product knowledge to promote and sell spa and salon services and retail products.
- Caring for linens and replacing them between sessions.
- Ceasing treatment and informing supervisor in the event of inappropriate guest behavior.
- Maintaining the organization of all treatment areas
Qualifications
- Ideal applicant will have experience in luxury nail services and demonstrated ability to learn new nail services.
- Must be currently licensed by the Colorado State Board of Cosmetology.
- Proficient in performing all applicable treatments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding people skills and a warm friendly manner.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and to lift 50 pounds.
